DILEMMAS for the Faithful. #4

In this series, I would prefer to post short, clear and concise articles for the layperson to illustrate apparent anomalies in traditional faith beliefs, teaching and practice. I had not intended to indulge in theological trends but I will post an example here of where some theologians are heading, albeit that the full article may not engage readers. Let me just say that the recent inculcation of a "Paradigm Shift" promoted by Cdls. Parolin and Spadaro in Church teaching and practice is supported by the following example. It doesn't need to be read in full to see that we are being prepared for a "New Theology" and a Deconstruction of the Eucharist, for I will simply quote this theologian in brief from his conclusion. Those readers who may have spent time studying theology will recognize the full article as heretical gobbledygook of the nature promoted by previous New Age proponents.

Quoted from the article .........

"If all of the above is right, we see that there is room for a "new Eucharistic theology", governed not by the economy of the reparation of sin, but by the consideration of the constitutive symbolism of the Mystery of God in relation to man (within of which the mystery of the Redemption must be inserted). One could imagine that the approach to be followed must be at the same time a sort of "deconstruction" of classical theology and a "construction" of the new theology".

The link to the full article is here ........

In this deconstruction of the Eucharist we already see trends such as communion for the divorced a la 'Laudato Si', communion for non-catholics, concelebration of the mass with various ministers, the irreverence of the distribution of communion since Vatican 11 and so on. So, like boiling frogs, the Faithful become inured to such abuses; so much so that our ire may not even be raised when, not only Satanists abuse the sacrament, but everyday atheists and secularists like to post to YouTube how they have stolen consecrated hosts and what they like to do with them, as shown in just one example of many ...........

Just in the last few weeks there has been a campaign by Catholics to plea with the main antagonist who posted the many ways he could destroy the Eucharist. That appears to have worked for here is a recent advice about it........

So, while they are examples of attacks on the tenets of the Faith, what we are dealing with theologically and ideologically is presaged by the opening article, and this in turn goes back even further to previous heretical theologians. Let me leave you with this example on Karl Rahner. [ I use this because of its brevity only, but there are many very long videos on Rahner's heretical Christology].......
